Multipure’s above sink MPCT water purification unit offers stainless steel housing with a large solid carbon filter on the inside. It easily connects to your kitchen faucet using a diverter valve. No electricity is required. This product is recognized as a Consumer’s Digest best buy and is also certified by the NSF. The NSF Performance Data Sheet on this product is extremely impressive as well. It has a long list of possible contaminants that have been found in municipal tap water and also lists the percentage that the filters will remove. Most percentages are at a 99% reduction rating! These filters will last for approximately one year and the housing comes with a lifetime warranty.

Multipure’s MP750SB below sink model includes a designer mini-faucet that installs on the frame of your kitchen sink. Sprite Shower Filter: Chrome

We offer these incredible high output shower filters produced by Sprite Industries. These models are both NSF certified! They will last for approximately one year before the filter needs to be replaced. Most people are aware of the health benefits of drinking purified water, however it often comes as a surprise to learn that 50% of daily exposure to chlorine comes from the shower. When taking a hot shower there are two types of chlorine absorbtion taking place. The skin is the largest organ of our body; when the skin is heated, our pores open up allowing a faster rate of absorbtion. The other type of chlorine absorbtion is lung exposure from breathing the hot steam while showering. These filters do not use solid carbon blocks which would break down rapidly due to heat exposure. Instead, they utilize Chlorogon and a KDF matrix which are effective at converting toxic chlorines to non-toxic chlorides in any shower temperature. These filters will also remove Hydrogen Sulfide (rotten egg smell), Iron Oxide (rust water), dirt, and sediment, and balance the pH as well.
