Carpet Cleaning:

We use a high temperature water extraction machine in conjunction with the most environmentally sound carpet shampoos on the market. Our cleaning products far exceed the Green Seal GS37 and are Envirodesic certified for maximum indoor air quality. Our non-toxic shampoos can be used in the presence of children, pets, and hypersensitive individuals. They are made from 100% biologically derived resources, are biodegradable, perfume free, and leave no residue. Rates usually average .25 cents per square foot of surface area for residential services and .15 cents per square foot of surface area for commercial services.

Don’t wait until your carpets are visibly filthy to have them cleaned! Residential vacuums tend to only pull out debris from the surface layer of the carpeting. Many contaminants like animal dander, pollen, spores, bacteria and other harmful elements settle deep within your carpet fibers even when the surface appears to be clean. Every step that we take on dirty carpeting releases contaminants into the air. Yearly maintenance is recommended to keep your indoor air quality sufficient.

Duct Cleaning:

Central air systems that utilize duct work for heating and air conditioning can collect several contaminants deep inside the ducts. Every time the internal fan turns on, the particles get stirred up and blown out of the register into the air that we are breathing.

Our duct cleaning service includes an initial video camera inspection of your air ducts. We then utilize an amazing machine that routes through all your ducts while spinning at 1000 r.p.m.s! This machine is extremely efficient at loosening up particulate matter and directing it to a filtered containment unit using high velocity vacuum pressure. We then replace your filters and fog a biodegradable sanitizer into your ducts to reduce microscopic traces of mold and/or bacteria. Rates usually average 20 dollars per vent or .15 cents per square foot of home.

Pressure Washing:

The large amount of precipitation and mild temperatures in our valley, promote the growth of moss, algae, mold, lichen, and mildew. These biological organisms are not only unsightly, but can also cause damage to your roofs, siding, and walkways. They can make surfaces extremely slippery as well. What is on the outside of our homes can eventually be blown or tracked into the inside of our homes.

Our industrial pressure washing machine runs on biodiesel and offers 3000 p.s.i. of cleaning power. Most jobs can be completed by water pressure alone, however in some cases where water pressure must be reduced, we offer only the finest biodegradable detergents to be used in our downstream injector.
